Warri: A renown Ijaw man and advocate for good governance, Engr. Fawei Ebieritei James have expressed delight over Gov. Oborevwori’s appointment of Chief Frank Omare as Director General on Special Duties, Delta State.

This was made known to IduwiniVoice News desk via a telephone conversation Saturday in Warri.

“It was very delightful to hear about your appointment once again. You’ve been a strong pillar of support to many across Ijaw Land. I have no iota of doubt in your capacity to deliver on the mandate of your office.” he stated.

Ebieritei further congratulated Omare over his new feat as DG. Special Duties.

“I hereby congratulate on behalf of my entire family for this new position, for which you are exceedingly qualified for.”

Engr. Fawei finally expressed his gratitudes to Gov. Sheriff Francis Orhovwedo Oborevwori for deeming it proper to appoint great, courageous and committed minds like Chief Frank Omare, while pleading with the governor to elevate Chief Omare to bigger position in the near future.

In his words, “His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Francis Orhovwedo Oborevwori deserve nothing but praise and gratitude for his magnanimity. We only plead that Chief Omare should be considered for a bigger office.”

The newly appointed Director General (DG) on Special Duties to the Delta State Government, High Chief. Frank Omare has resumed work with on the spot inspection of flashpoints, flood prone areas within Warri and Uvwie local government areas of the state.

Omare with his team alongside the press turn round the city of Warri and its environ on Saturday to various locations of the natural water channels in order to identify the root causes of incessant perennial flooding that affects many homes as result of any slight rain drop.
