Okerenkoko, April 16, 2025 — In a show of admiration and support, the Ijaw Publishers’ Forum (IPF) has officially congratulated Dr. Paul Bebenimibo PhD. on his recent appointment as the Registrar of the Nigerian Maritime University, Okerenkoko.

In a press statement issued today, the IPF lauded Bebenimibo for his “well-deserved appointment,” describing it as a reflection of his “unwavering dedication, exemplary leadership, and outstanding contributions to the academic and administrative landscape.”
