In celebration of her 40th birthday, Mrs. Timiebi Emomotimi Guwor, the dedicated wife of the Honorable Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, initiated a meaningful two-day free medical outreach in Ogbe-Ijoh town. The outreach aims to deliver essential healthcare services to the residents of Warri South West Local Government Area in Delta State.
The event garnered distinguished attendees, including Her Excellency Mrs. Tobore Oborevwori, the wife of the executive Governor of Delta State, who was represented by Mrs. Catherine Onyeme, the Deputy Governor’s wife.
Noteworthy political figures graced the occasion, such as Rt. Hon. Emomotimi Dennis Guwor, Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly; Onojaeme Joseph, Commissioner for Health; Chief Frank Omare, Director-General (Special Duties), Office of the Delta State Governor; Chief Favour Izoukumor, Executive Director, DESOPADEC; and Chief Hon. Boro Opudu, Chairman, Delta State Waterways and Land Security Committee.
The event’s significance was further enhanced by the presence of other notable figures, including Hon. Taiye Tuoyo, Chairman, Warri South West Council; Hon. George Ekpomupolo, former Chairman, Warri South West Council; and Hon. Mofe Pirah, former Commissioner, among others.

Delta State — Prominent media platform in the Niger Delta, IduwiniVoice, has extended hearty congratulations to Dr. Paul Bebenimibo following his recent appointment as Registrar of the Nigerian Maritime University (NMU), located in Okerenkoko.

Before assuming his new role at NMU, Dr. Bebenimibo led the Department of Journalism and Media Studies at Delta State University, Abraka, where he was recognized for his visionary leadership and mentorship.
