PAP Administrator Commends Oluremi Tinubu’s Visit to Warri

The Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), High Chief (Dr.) Dennis Brutu Otuaro, has lauded Nigeria’s First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, for her visit to Warri, Delta State, on Thursday, February 26, 2026, describing it as timely and impactful.
In a statement issued by his Special Assistant on Media, Mr. Igoniko Oduma, Otuaro said the First Lady’s one-day engagement in the oil-rich city underscores the Federal Government’s commitment to peace, stability and inclusive development in the Niger Delta region.
He noted that stakeholders and beneficiaries of the Amnesty Programme view the visit as a morale booster that will further strengthen ongoing efforts to consolidate sustainable peace and security in the region.
Otuaro portrayed the First Lady as a unifying national figure whose humanitarian outreach continues to resonate across the country. He said her activities align with the Renewed Hope Agenda of President , particularly in fostering social inclusion and support for vulnerable groups.
According to the PAP boss, Senator has demonstrated compassion and purposeful leadership through her flagship pet project, the (RHI), which he said continues to uplift disadvantaged Nigerians through targeted interventions.
“It takes a large heart and deep empathy to sustain initiatives that directly impact the lives of ordinary citizens. The Ijaw Publishers’ Forum (IPF) has announced that the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), Dr. Dennis Otuaro, will grace the inauguration of its new leadership as Special Guest of Honour on February 26, 2026.
The ceremony, scheduled to hold at Chief Tunde Smooth Playground, NPA, Warri, Delta State, will formally usher in the Forum’s second National Executive Council. Organisers describe the event as a landmark moment in the history of the IPF.

The Ijaw Publishers’ Forum (IPF), the apex media body of the Ijaw nation, has named Dr. Agediga, Chairman of the Delta State Scholarship and Bursary Board, as Chairman of the inauguration ceremony for its 2nd National Working Committee (NWC).
The ceremony is slated for February 26, 2026, at the Chief Tunde Smooth Playground, NPA, Warri, Delta State. Prominent leaders and key stakeholders from across the Niger Delta region are expected to grace the occasion.
Adding further prominence to the event, the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), Dr. Dennis Brutu Otuaro, will attend as Special Guest of Honour.
