High Chief Etimigba (JP) Felicitates Former Deputy Governor Kingsley Otuaro on Birthday

Delta State – In a warm display of goodwill, High Chief Evans Etimigba (JP), FICMC, FABEN, the Osuopelekawei of Iduwini Kingdom, has extended heartfelt congratulations to the former Deputy Governor of Delta State, Deacon Barrister Kingsley Burutu Otuaro, on the occasion of his birthday anniversary.
In his message, Chief Etimigba expressed gratitude for Otuaro’s years of service and leadership, praying for God’s continued blessings upon his life. “I pray for sound health, more wisdom, and greater prosperity for our beloved son and leader,” the High Chief said.
This was communicated in a telephone conversation by Chief Evans who is also a Special Assistant to the Executive Governor of Delta State and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators,(FICMC); A justice of peace of Delta state; and a Fellow of the Association of Business Educators of Nigeria (FABEN) Osun state Chapter.
The Iduwini Kingdom’s traditional figure also acknowledged Otuaro’s legacy as the immediate past Deputy Governor who served diligently under the administration of Governor Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa. His contributions to the development and stability of Delta State remain significant and appreciated by many across the region.
Chief Etimigba’s message of goodwill reflects the strong bond and mutual respect between leaders in the state, as well as a continued hope for unity and progress within Delta communities.

Ijaw Publishers’ Forum Celebrates Chief Benjamin Ekeremor on Birthday Anniversary

Delta State — The Ijaw Publishers’ Forum (IPF) has extended warm birthday wishes to Chief Benjamin Ekeremor, widely known as the Double Ogungbenowei of the Niger Delta, in honour of his birth anniversary on April 17, 2025.
In a congratulatory message signed by IPF Secretary, Mr. Tare Magei, the forum praised Chief Ekeremor’s unwavering commitment to peace, development, and human capacity building across the Niger Delta region.
