He described General Adowei as a man of remarkable integrity and a reliable friend, emphasizing his invaluable role as a security adviser and his dedication to maintaining peace in Burutu.
During his speech, Dr. Takeme extended his heartfelt wishes to General Adowei, praying for continued health, longevity, and success in all his endeavors.
