(Dr.) Godspower Tomone popularly known as GODSPENAL stand tall among the aspirants jostling for the Burutu Local Government Council Chairmanship not because of his good attitudes and behaviours alone but also because of his relentless service to his community and more importantly his courage and determination to bring sanity, development and growth to our society. His unparalleled antecedents and pedigree fetched him out. No wonder, he was Confermed the chieftaincy title, THE AMATELEMOWEI OF OGULAGHA KINGDOM by His Royal Majesty, Elder, (Capt.) King Dr. Joseph I. Timiyan (Phd) Torubobor 1, (Agbonu) the Paramount Ruler of Ancient Ogulagha Kingdom. Semantically, The AMATELEMOWEI simply means a community builder, someone who brings development, growth, progress and empowerment to his community.
People nowadays are tired of political deceptions. While the accidental leaders are busy accumulating wealth, spoiling the future of our youth and fulfilling nothing but satisfying their selfish ego, Chief Godspower Tomone is committed towards the betterment of his people.
Amb. Godspower Tomone as a rare gem always preaches the gospel of truth, peace and love. He never hates nor is he violent. He spends from his personal resources to build his community and put smiles on the faces of the less privileged.

Hon. Chief (Dr.) Julius Takeme (JP), the Chairmanship Candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) for the Burutu Local Government Council Election, has successfully concluded his 4-day Ward-to-Ward campaign across the 20 Wards of the local government council.
The campaign ship of Chief Takeme and his Councilorship candidates moored at its final harbour in the course of the weekend at Ogbolubiri Ward 9; a successful campaign he dedicated to God, while urging the electorates to come out in their numbers to vote for the PDP come July 13,2024
In the words of Hon. Takeme: “for the past four days, we have been campaigning from one Ward to the other. We went through the 20 Wards in the Local Government. We started from Ogulagha/Iduwini and went through all the wards.
“We want to start by thanking God Almighty because it is only God that can make it possible. It is only him that saw us through, as we drove through all the 20 wards.
“We traveled thousands of kilometers, sometimes in very difficult terrains and not one incident recorded; not one accident. In fact, we give thanks to Almighty God.
“First, let me start with the Chairman of our Campaign Council, Hon. Pullah Ekpotuayerin DG; Deputy Campaign, Secretary Campaign Council and other members of the Campaign Council for their wonderful and overwhelming coordination. Indeed we are deeply grateful for the continued support. May God bless you all”.
Dr Takeme went on to express his appreciation to stakeholders, party faithfuls, and supporters for their unwavering support and commitment to his vision, assuring them that he will not disappoint them if elected.
