Instead of denying those negative emotions, psychologists recommend allowing yourself to _feel them without judgment_” Ejiro explained.

Being intentional, she emphasizes, involves staying on target and actively shaping the outcomes we desire through deliberate practice, actions, habits, thoughts, and language.
